Roof Repair
Not every roof problem calls for a full replacement. When the roof is structurally sound and the damage is isolated, a targeted repair is the faster and less expensive fix.
Overview
Most roof problems that show up as a stain on a ceiling or a shingle in the yard after a windstorm are fixable without tearing off the whole roof. Repairs cover the common failure points: shingles lifted or torn loose by wind, flashing that’s pulled away from a chimney or vent, a valley that’s worn through, or a pipe boot that’s cracked and finally let water in.
The harder part isn’t the fix, it’s finding the actual source of the leak, which is often several feet from where the water shows up inside. We trace it before we quote it, so you’re paying for the repair that stops the leak, not a guess.

REPAIR OR REPLACE?
As a rough guide: if the damage is isolated to a small area, the roof is under roughly two-thirds of its expected lifespan, and there’s no widespread granule loss or storm bruising across the whole field, a repair usually makes sense. If the damage is spread across the roof, or the roof is already old, a repair can end up being a stopgap before a replacement anyway. We’ll tell you straight which situation you’re in. A repair we know won’t hold isn’t worth either of our time.
