Roof Inspections

A roof inspection is the fastest way to know what’s going on above your ceiling, whether that’s after a storm, before you list a home, or just as routine upkeep.

What is Roof Inspections?

A roof inspection is a free, on-roof check of the field, flashing, valleys, and soft metal, followed by a written report you keep either way. We do them after storms, before a home sale, or as routine upkeep.

Overview

We check the field of the roof for granule loss, bruising, cracked or lifted shingles or tiles, and worn spots. We check the flashing around chimneys, vents, and skylights, plus the valleys, where most leaks start, and the soft metal around the property, which often shows hail impact more clearly than the roofing material itself. Attic ventilation and visible signs of moisture get a look too, since they tell us how the roof is aging from underneath.

You get a written report either way, whether that’s ‘nothing to worry about’ or a documented case for a repair or insurance claim. No pressure to move forward with anything. The inspection is the useful thing, not a sales pitch dressed up as one.
