John Elliott Roofing & Construction was founded in 2020 and is headquartered in Dallas, TX. From the start, the model has stayed the same: a small, hands-on crew handling residential roofing systems across Texas, metal, tile, synthetic slate, and composition or designer shingles, with a particular focus on storm damage inspection and insurance claim support. This site covers our active expansion into Greater San Antonio: same company, same crews, same process, now available on this side of the state.
John Elliott
John Elliott has spent 15 years in the roofing industry. He leads crews with over 50 years of combined field experience. His team handles every type of roof system, from residential shingle roofs to complex commercial systems.
John holds certifications from top roofing manufacturers, including GAF. He is a member of the National Roofing Contractors Association. Several insurance providers list him as a preferred vendor.
John built his business around property claims work. He knows the insurance process inside and out, and he guides homeowners and business owners through every step, from inspection to final approval. His goal is simple: get customers a roof that holds up, backed by a claims process that doesn’t leave them stuck.
Under his leadership, John Elliott Roofing & Construction serves homeowners and businesses across Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio.
He’s a devoted father, a Christian, and an entrepreneur, always serving his community.

- Documented Report: A photo-backed record you keep either way, whether it’s good news or a claim case.
- Insurance Coordination: We meet your adjuster on-site and translate the scope into plain language.
- Approved Work: Repair or full tear-off replacement, scheduled once the scope is settled.
- Cleanup & Warranty: Magnetic nail sweep, haul-off, and warranty paperwork before we call it done.
Every job starts with a free, honest inspection, not a sales pitch dressed up as one. If there's storm damage, we document it and handle the insurance side directly. If there's nothing to file over, we say so. The same crews handle repair, full replacement, and every system we install, so the person who inspects the roof stays accountable for the work that follows..
